An independent request site
GorillaTrekkingTransport.com is an independent transport and logistics-support site for travelers heading to Rwanda gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park. We are not RDB, Visit Rwanda, Volcanoes National Park, a government body, or an official gorilla permit-booking authority. Sending a request is an enquiry; it is not a confirmed booking.
Permits and park rules
We do not book gorilla permits or set park rules. You must confirm permits, park rules, briefing times, and official requirements with official sources. Transport is separate from official permit and park costs.
Manual review, no guarantees
Every request is reviewed and followed up manually, usually on WhatsApp. We do not provide instant booking, live availability, or guaranteed vehicles. Options, timing, and price depend on your route, trek date, luggage, and availability, and are confirmed with you before travel. Nothing is charged to send a request.
Drive times and estimates
Any drive times or sample plans shown are approximate and illustrative, and vary with traffic, weather, road works, and arrival conditions. Confirm your specific timing with us before you rely on it.
